I can’t recommend Local Plumbing highly enough! From the moment I called, Aaron was friendly, professional, and quick to respond. Jared arrived on time, explained everything clearly, and got the job done efficiently without any fuss. The quality of his work was outstanding, and he left the area spotless when he was done. It’s so refreshing to deal with a tradesperson who is honest, reliable, and genuinely cares about customer satisfaction. I’ll definitely be calling Jared again for any future plumbing needs!Posted on GoogleKeegan Wikaire2. Had a look. With in an hour the boys were on site leak detecting. Then as soon as James was finished next door. He came over, but up my concrete, replaced the damaged pipe. Put in a new Tap (better location), then cleaned up & left my Place. Great Work Guys. I highly recommned you to any one.Posted on GoogleBriannah Simmons14. January, 2025Aaron and the crew from GC local plumbing were fast and efficient, clean, and tidy and did the job at a third of the price of a "fixed price" quoting company. Will be using this crew for all further plumbing work at home and at my business. I highly recommended them!Posted on GoogleAika Kawasaki8. January, 2025Very satisfied with the service - called at 8pm and was able to book a plumber in for 7am the next day! Efficient and reliable - will be using again. Thank you :)Posted on GoogleJ B19. December, 2024James attended my property today to fix a water leak in my front garden. It was a difficult fix but he persevered with success. There was a possibility that concrete may have needed to be cut but James methodically managed to work through the difficult access and he avoided this scenario. Aaron had given me two prices depending on whether the concrete had to be cut or not and a compromise was easily reached mid way to reflect the difficulty of the job. Aaron was very easy to deal with. He fitted me into his already busy schedule pre Christmas and he kept me informed when James was delayed. His quote was very reasonable and not ridiculously high like the other plumbers I contacted. The process of finding an honest plumber/leak detection business on the Gold Coast who stand by their work and are accountable should they not fix the problem they were asked to fix, was truly stressful and difficult. I hope Aaron continues to manage his business in the way that he’s doing now because it puts him heads above the rest. Thank you Aaron and James.Google rating score: 5.0 of 5, based on 107 reviews
